Nightmare experience

I have always gone to doctors that were either referred to me by another doctor or a family member and I have been dealing with sinus issues since I was a child. I had chronic sinus infections and severe allergies and asthma. I went to dr. Chang for revision rhinoplasty because I had developed an infection in my nostrils 6 months prior and had a lot of scar tissue and enlarged turbinates. I told the decor I am biracial and explained that I did not want a larger nose and felt most myself with an ethnic shaped rounded shorter nose. I woke up with huge grafts in my nose so painful I could barely function. It felt like the grafts were going to break through my skin and I was getting horrible headaches and horrible anxiety from the pain. The doctor agreed to fix it and had me wait two weeks in Korea. The day before surgery the doctor became very rude and said he no longer thought the problem was his fault so he was charging me for the revision. He was extremely unkind and very difficult to communicate with even though he spoke English and sold himself very well at my consultation. After the second surgery, my nose is still too long, my grafts are still too thick and he put them over every inch of my nose unnecessarily so my nose feels like a very uncomfortable brick sitting in the middle of my face. He was so overly aggressive with the grafting and even after I told him I need to grafts removed or made smaller before the second surgery, he did not listen to me at all. Now I have these overly thick, stuff and overly large grafts coming out of my skin and I can see them inside my nostril because he made them so big and unnatural my sutures broke open. I asked him at my post-op if the cartilage was visible and he lied to my face and said no. When I went home my family and my ENT doctor were in horror that he would do this to my nose. He was so obsessed with making my nose bigger and projecting his Caucasian beauty standards on to my face that he ruined my natural nose shape and left me with exposed grafts breaking through where my sutures were and completely uneven nostrils from the overly thick columella strut. I could not emphasize enough how awful this experience was. I had high hopes Bc I did not see many reviews for this doctor but I wish I had known that just because he shows me photos of other surgeries and says the right things doesn't mean he is going to be a good doctor. I would avoid this clinic for anything revision rhinoplasty related unless you want a big long stiff unnatural looking nose.
