My nose looks crooked and a bone is sticking out on the right side

I had a second facelift and a revision rhinoplasty. I had waited 40 years to trust someone to fix my nose. First of all this doctor in my opinion pushes the buccal fat pad removal. I had no idea what this was. I went along with his opinion. Problem was he took more out of my left side than my right side and I now think I never needed this but it added much more to my bill. Also something happened during surgery because I had a golf ball type swelling on the left and my facial nerves tight and mouth was crooked when I smiled. Thank God this was temporary. When I went back to the office for first visit this wasn’t addressed and the nurse because Dr. Matarasso doesn’t see you after the operation for the follow up took out my drains and thought I had a bulge in my neck where the drains were so she stuck a needle in my neck. I almost passed out. Anyway a few months later when the swelling went down on the left it went down more than the right. Clearly something happened where the left side had more fat taken out or something didn’t go exactly right. I was also nicked near my right eye and this was a swollen small cut again not addressed by the nurse or made little of. I was so worried about my facial nerve on the left that I didn’t mention this small cut but she did notice. My nose looked good when then cast came off but a year later it has a small bone sticking out on the right side that wasn’t there before and looks crooked in certain lighting and angles. Also one side the right is more caved in. It was that way and he was going to fix it. That part is better but still not even with the left side. Also it looks crooked. It wasn’t crooked before. I needed the hanging columella fixed and the tip which both are better but now it’s crooked and a bone sticking out on the right side. So not sure if it’s better overall. I saw the doctor once about three months later and he was horrible to me. In my opinion I felt like he was acting like something was mentally wrong with him. I am 63 and have had my share of plastic surgery with about 5 doctors and they were all wonderful. This doctor was absolutely horrible and I felt like I almost had a nervous breakdown because of the experience and his attitude and now the result. After the operation I felt beat up mentally and physically. It was awful. I was depressed for months. When I had a facelift with Dr. Dan Baker I was so happy and he wasn’t exactly warm and fuzzy but he took my drains out himself and it made you feel good that he wanted to see his work. On my second visit I felt like skipping all the way home. He was just normal. I will never forget my experience with Dr Matarasso ever. It’s taken me a while to write because I was just happy that I didn’t have permanent facial nerve damage from the buccal fat pad removal on my left side. I’m also hopeful that my nose may still heal and not look as crooked. I think Dr Matarasso may have had his glory days but you can’t tell by my experience with him. Also he shouldn’t be selling you things you don’t need during the consultation. You would think he should have more integrity and doesn’t have to do that at this stage in his career. It was a horrible experience.
