Post Revision Rhinoplasty, Lip Lift, Brow Lift, Fat Transfer Amazingly Talented Surgeon / Istanbul

I'm now at 2 months post, still in recovery mode for my lip lift and nose incision. The incision still feels tight I"m trying to do some exercises to release the tension. The incision is healing well through, I can disguise it with concealer and powder. The healing and recovery has taken a long time due to so many procedures at once, I'm still waiting to feel 'normal' looking. The swelling from the fat transfer has gone way done and I'm really liking the look of it now. I was panicked about it for the first 6 weeks and week 7 it finally started to come down. Still trying to remain patient with the incision healing under my nose, and lip lift. I'm sure all will be fine in a month or 2. Will keep you posted.

I'm loving my new nose and over all look:) Swelling was huge for me and is finally starting to come down. I am still quite swollen from the fat transfer but Dr. K said it will be 2 to 3 months of that, and what I've read 6 months before final result so this takes patience.

My friend came over last night and said I look like the 30 something me...so all in all a true success. I'm super happy Dr. K did the C02 on me at the same time for my fine lines, make a big difference. Although it did add to the swelling and time for overall healing and discomfort after surgery it was well worth it now.
As I mentioned I think if I had only done my eyes and nose the recovery/pain afterwards would have been so much faster and easier but I needed more done so this added to my recovery time.

Last week was my first night out for dinner. I was still quite swollen, foundation and powder hide my incision line under my nose well and its healing nicely. Bruising has pretty much all gone now.
I'm still sleeping on my back as much as I can/head elevated, taking nsaids once and a while and natural supplement (recovery) daily, taping my nose each night (recommend putting a thick layer of moisturizer/cream on your nose before taping) makes it so much easier to come off in the morning/shower without dealing with lots of glue remnants removal.

Hi Here's a before pic and also one of my first week recovery showing the super sweller that I am. The swelling has been mainly due to the number of procedures I had at once and the fat transfer. I'm 27 days out now and the big swelling has started to come down:)
