WORTH IT
Just checking in to update. I am still so happy with the results. Uploading more recent pics! It’s been 4 years and it’s still the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. I have referred many people to Dr S and truly believe he is the best of the best.

Before and After added

I just added a before and after that really shows the extent of the work he did on the derotation, rebuilding of the bridge and refinement of the tip. I can’t believe the difference. The de rotation was so complex and without the rib, I would not ave been able to get this level of change. I was worried he would not be able to get the tip down enough but as it heals it gets a little lower and more refined.

very very happy for you. how long after your primary did you get revision? also how long were you swelling and bruised after revision?
i got a botched primary in 2017 and im so scared to get revision...
I wiaited 14 years in between. After revision, I was not bruised at all, and noticeable swelling lasted about 5 days.
So happy to see good results, it gives me hope. You look beautiful.

Sorry.. you said he used rib on the entire nose. How is the hardness, stiffness, nerve feelings, affected smiling, etc? Congrats

Just updating a few pictures as I heal. I continue to be very very happy with my results and can tell the swelling is going down every week. Especially in the tip. I am seeing more structure along the bridge and more detail in the tip. Some days I'm more swollen than others but for the most part, healing has been so easy!
