My result lacks definition and it's very big for my taste

It was my revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Bozkurt and I wanted to give myself time for full healing. I'm finally 20 months post-op and not happy with my result. It's not an entirely awful nose but it's definitely not the nose I want because Dr. Bozkurt didn't listen to me before surgery at all. My result lacks definition and it's very big for my taste. It's also hard for me to breathe. He actually made my breathing worse. His work lacks diligence and he never listened to me after surgery just like he didn't listen to me before surgery. It hasn't been a good process for me and I feel very depressed because of this experience with Dr Eyup Bozkurt. I can't recommend him.
