The surgery itself is smooth. Naturally there is some pain and discomfort, but this faded quickly.
The overnight stay in the hospital passes quickly with an attentive team of nurses and a good amount of medication.
Pain fades to some pressure and discomfort. In my case there was no bruising and minimal swelling.
The nasal splint are out by day 4, and the cast is off by day 7.
