Revision rhinoplasty left me with an extremely hard and slanted nose

If I could give this person a negative rating, I would. I spent ~$20,000.00 USD on a revision rhinoplasty to get a smaller and cuter nose in March of 2020 with Donald B. Yoo (who made it seem as if he was working with Dr. Nassif's office.) He didn't work with Dr. Nassif anymore FOR A REASON. I came in with a STRAIGHT NOSE with a very slight C curve on my bridge and after rhinoplasty surgery with Donald B. Yoo, he left me with an extremely hard and slanted nose from top to bottom. After almost a year, my nose is still HARD and STIFF and SLANTED. In the operative report, he made FALSE STATEMENTS about my nose having "DEEP NASOFASAL ANGLE"...which I DIDN'T HAVE PRIOR to surgery with him. Donald B. Yoo caused me to have that Deep Nasofasal Angle, makes your nose looks slanted on your face from TOP TO BOTTOM. OMG, what a mistake to go to him. ONE YEAR OF MY LIFE thinking after the swelling goes down my nose will look normal per what his staff said to me AND it's still SEVERELY slanted. After I complained about the severe slant in my nose, Donald B. Yoo said that my nose looks slanted because of the "SHAPE OF MY EYES!" The nerve of this man. My eyes were the same shape BEFORE the surgery with him and my nose didn't look slanted!! The problem now is that I understand he and whichever of his office staff are okay with lying to me, have falsified the operative report. So now I'm even more worried what else he falsified on that report. It's scary to think about. Also, Donald B. Yoo said he was "Throwing in the Septoplasty" as a freebee with the nose surgery to make breathing easier after rhinoplasty. DON'T FALL FOR IT. I didn't have any issues with breathing. I didn't have any issues with anything really except that I wanted a CUTER AND SMALLER NOSE. Jesus Christ. Be careful out there guys. I can't believe in USA, in Beverly Hills, an American trained doctor would be willing to falsify an operative report.
