Unfortunately I have come to realize that I am very unhappy with the fat transfer because the doctor placed it in my jaw when I never consented to it. He also out fat in my ears when I specifically just wanted my under eyes filled. Fat is permanent and I feel hopeless now. I was so excited to see results but my jaw filler is uneven and wide

About a month post now
So I’m about a month out of surgery now and I couldn’t be happier! I think I’m healing really well, I love it so much already and I’m just under the 1 month mark. I did my makeup for the first time yesterday with no problems, my nose is still a numb and rigid but I can touch it and wash my face now no problem. Included a side by side of my before and after front view as well, you can see he took in my nostrils and lifted my hanging bottom part. The bridge is slimmer now too but I’m waiting for the swelling to die down more before I reveal that

Looks very nice, and you are lovely, but, $17,000? Most of us cannot afford that and I think it's terrible he charges that much--highway robbery imo. Glad you're happy though!

I think part of her cost was also fat transfer which would increase the price a bit. I want a revision and unfortunately the doctors that are skilled in this surgery charge $15k and up. His prices are actually better than most I've seen on here, but I agree most people can't afford that.

Better Than Expected
Recently had a rhino revision with Dr. Rohrich and I’m just so incredibly happy I chose him. I saw he was recommended by a few doctors on here to other people seeking an expert in revisions and drove 22 hours from PA and it was 100% worth it. Not only can I breathe again after a botched job, the whole result looks amazing and so much more feminine. He asked my top three concerns and was so kind which I haven’t experienced with past surgeons. He also did some facial fat grafting and I look literally 10 years younger. My standards are much higher now! Very talented and nice person, so so happy I ended up choosing him

I've been thinking of going to Dr. Rohrich also for a revision. He was recommended to me from another rhino doctor near Seattle. Did you do a virtual consultation with him?

Yes I did and he was very friendly and made some of his own suggestions that I agreed with

Looks so different. Looks like he added a bit of a slope and lifted the tip/columella. Where was the fat grafted? I would like aft grafting to my temple area and under eye but worried about lumps.

He added fat in my jaw cheeks and below my eyes, I was nervous of that too but I’ve followed his Instagram for awhile now and it convinced me cos they all looked so full and refreshed I bit the bullet

Forgot to ask if he narrowed your nostrils? I think your new nose looks very feminine and pretty.

Thank you! Yes he took my nostrils in and gave me a super tip break and fixed my deviated septum

Your new nose is such a lovely improvement! It's hard to see from the side view, but I think I can see the fat grafting. Could you please possibly post additional photos from several more angles? I would like to see before and after front view and columella view. I am also wondering about getting fat grafting. If you don't mind me asking, what was the cost of your revision and what was the cost of the fat graft?
