Excellent Surgeon and Staff

I saw Dr. Zuliani in August of 2020 for a revision Septoplasty and Rhinoplasty done by another doctor in 2017. It was a very complicated surgery to repair the damage done by the previous surgeon. I am very happy with my results and I received excellent care not only by Dr. Zuliani, but also by his staff. Laura, the Patient Care Coordinator, was excellent. She took great care to make sure all the costs were explained, answered any questions I had and quickly responded to any emails I sent her. She is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable from the very first office visit. You can tell she really cares about her work. I have also been in contact with the Practice Manager, Nicole, from the office due to some billing questions from my health insurance company. She was very helpful with getting it straightened out and also genuinely cares about the patients. She was really committed to working the issue through until it was resolved. I would highly recommend Dr. Zuliani, not only because he is an excellent surgeon, but also because his staff is so caring and committed to providing excellent service.
