BIGGEST MISTAKE!!! Ethnic Rhinoplasty Revision ...BOTCHED by Persianbeauty / Dr Ilkhani in IRAN

Coming to this company I was 80% happy with my nose, it was a good nose but not what I wanted and just needed some small adjustments to achieve including a minor septal deviation which is very unnoticeable and caused very little breathing irritation.
I've headed to Parsian Beauty Clinic in Iran - Kish Island **Country of rhinoplasties** (I’ve not seen one black ethnic rhinoplasty review on Iran so let me be the first lol)
Mojgan, the international patient coordinator has been great with me, really took care of me whilst I was there and so far contact has been great since I’ve been back 5star service in this area.
The surgeon is a ENT flew out to see me especially, albeit a very short consultation the doctor reassured me my desires are very achievable and will clear the breathing completely as its soo minor.
I’m 6 weeks post-op (posting pics soon) and can’t comment just yet, however I’m being reassured that my goal will be met. Lets see.

Hmm so far...

I’m wearing the taping 24hrs for as long as possible - I was advised to wear for 3 months...I’ll try my best (and so far looks better in tape lol)

My nose looks bigger, bumpy and less defined then before but some of it is due to the swelling.

I’m not keen on the nostrils at all, the tip rotation seems excessive and my breathing is not clear but this is apparently normal for a few months after surgery...1st out of 4 times I’ve had these concerns.

I definitely have a lot of concerns which I’ve voiced clearly to the company and in turn, quite vaguely, said they will fix it at one year if needed, however it it’s really a waiting game at the moment as it’s “too early to tell”....

So I’m around 10 weeks PO
Still a little swollen but at this point (from my experience) the shape may not change much.
Im still healing and nose could be worst, but so far, it is not an improvement nor what I wanted, Infact resembles a lot of thinks I disliked in a cosmetically enhanced nose.
My tip is upturned and columella retracted. The alars are stitched unevenly + in a straight downward angle as a result giving a short piggy-ish front view at times.
I have little definition which I hope is a result of swelling but my gut tells me it’s not.
My nostrils are very uneven and I use eyeliner in an attempt to equal them out lol
I have a small bump in my bridge which wasn’t there previously.
Breathing: I’m actually worst than before - sinuses are very sensitive, I’m constantly congested and a little runny....apparently/potentially could be part of the healing process.
Not sure what design was followed here, I can’t see anything I asked for...I think spending more time in consultation may have helped...
Tbh right now I’m Speechless at the result considering the previous nose was very good and only wanted small tweaks...
