BIGGEST MISTAKE!!! Ethnic Rhinoplasty Revision ...BOTCHED by Persianbeauty / Dr Ilkhani in IRAN

Researching revision doctors: Dr Mehmet Yazar, Dr Ahmet Alp, Dr Hussein Balikci

I’m still early out and have much healing to go, however with the last surgery there’s been too much damage cosmetically and functionality-wise that I’m pretty certain I will not let Dr Ilkhani near my nose again, the revision would be for free (excl. travel & accom) but it’s just totally illogical and not a risk I’m willing to take, so I’m looking for a new doctor.
I enquired about Dr Ahmet Alp and was quoted 4500-6000 EUROS for surgery ALONE!!
lots of revision patients only paid 2500 EUROS for a packaged deal - hotel, transfers and surgery!! Totally shocked about that.
Dr Mehmet Yazar quoted €5000 surgery alone. His work is incredible but I can’t find any reviews or info outside of his own insta ( in hindsight this was the same with Dr Ilkhani so alarm bells are ringing)

Not just yet, it's between Dr B and Dr Alp but I am researching more to make a decision
Hey babe, if you want to have 1 last rhino with the bear rhino doctor go to Deepak Dugar, he is no means cheap but you know the saying “u what you pair for”. I never look at their IGs, bc they only post the best possible outcomes. Sending you positivity and light, I hope you find the right surgeon soon and get the nose u desire. Xo
Your nose isn't perfect but I really think it looks great. Truly I think it looks really good. But if you need a recommendation, my surgeon in Colombia is expert in highly complicated revision rhinoplasty cases and all facial plastic surgery. He was fellowship trained by the most well known plastic surgeon in history (Pituanguy). He just did my nose and it looks great, despite lots of swelling. His name is Dr Juan Vergara (you can find him on IG if you type his name in). He's cheap by US standards, and a master with thick skinned patients. Whoever you choose if you move forward, goodluck!

I know noses are personal and YOU have to like what you see, but I think your nose is adorable and you look pretty. I'd like for my tip to be like yours....I think I found a good rhino revision Dr in Northbrook, IL if you're in the states.

I don’t think it looks ugly either it’s hard to get a barbie nose with extremely thick ethnic skin that’s why it’s best to go for a natural nose
Omg am really shocked at your results. Artificial looking nostrils. Retracted columella. It is all the same problems I have now too. This was also a revision with an Iran doctor.
Dont have surgery with ahmet alp!

Any surgeons to suggest?

Before and after is just incredible! The change is so bad it's unreal. The company have offered to fix for free but I just don't understand the logic. Ruin something then fix it... I have little to no faith in that.
Anyway my nose Looks like it's just been slopped on my face. It was more streamline, fitting and symmetrically balanced before. Top lip distance lengthen... I can't understand what has been done.
Please suggest surgeons that you think can help.

Dr. Carlos Wolf in Miami or Dr. Kassir from New York. in Europe Dr. Stephen Bessler from Switzerland. I will do my own revision with on of this 3 doctores. Ask for a 3D consultation so that you and the doctor will sit down looking at the computer together and making sure you are on the same path. Before another surgery

Biggest mistake ever!!

I feel so silly that I paid for this and believed what was proposed.
I just can’t understand and I don’t know if I’ll ever have a normal looking nose again.
Totally depressed.
...also I’m still being ignored by clinic manager Dr Sadr...
Maybe I am just unlucky but at the very least I can share a true experience with this company and Dr Ilkhani as there isn’t much out there.

Me too, only the photos on the Instagram page. I now wonder if the results posted are genuine or maybe I just had very bad luck. Either way I really hope it's useful brings some insight to you and others X
Hey girl I can feel you like no one , had my nose done by Dr Ilkhani in 2019 January….. and he botched my nose ((((( it was the biggest mistake of my life … depression, and anxiety went through all of this , he just chopped my nose of there was no tip at all he gave me exactly Michael Jackson’s nose . Finally after 4 years of research i decided my revision with doctor Ahmet Alp in Istanbul now I’m just 5 days post op and results are going to amazing, because dr took pictures before and after on operation table and results are Awesome. I can’t be more happier
