4th Revision Rhinoplasty with Dr. Murat Enoz in Istanbul

I would like to share my story as I wish I would have found something similar when I was in the position of picking up a doctor to do my 4th revision rhinoplasty.
I have thick / oily nose skin and I had 3 unsuccessful nose jobs in my country (1 open rhinoplasty and 2 preservation rhinoplasties). My original nose was not crooked and I had no breathing issues - I just wanted to have the nose tip refined.
After the 3 unsuccessful surgeries my nose looked very bad - very wide, nose tip would drop after 5-6 months from the surgery giving the impression of a crooked nose, I had nose infections (inside the nose and under the skin nose).
I started looking for a surgeon in Istanbul as I realized I cannot be helped anymore in my country. During my research, I found dr Murat Enoz (ENT Specialist). I checked him on google and noticed his 5 stars score from 557 google reviews (impressive!). I searched him on the Social Media channels (Instagram, facebook, etc) and noticed he is not that popular.
I contacted dr Murat Enoz along with a lot of other Turkish surgeons and he was the only one coming back to me in a timely manner and the only one answering all my questions. On top, he is very friendly and nice and it's always a pleasure to interact with him. From a price range perspective, I consider he charges the correct fees and this is different based on the surgery complexity. He agreed to look into my case even though a very difficult one (after 3 surgeries, the rate of success for a 4th revision is pretty low).
I had my 4th revision with Dr Murat Enoz in Istanbul on 25 March 2022. He used an open approach and found a box of surprises inside my nose. He had to fix the droopy nose tip and nose skin grove formations by using cadaveric cartilage. He also found the infection (that was now inactive after a dozen of antibiotics) that I struggled a lot after my 2nd surgery
When we took the cast off after 10 days, I was amazed by how good the nose looked even though I had a lot of swelling.
I followed doctor Enoz's recommendations and I am now 5 months from my surgery and my nose looks better than ever. I went back to Istanbul and met dr. Enoz for a steroid injection as I have thick skin and I usually have a lot of scar tissue formation under my nose skin due to the multiple surgeries but, even so, nose is perfect.
I highly recommend dr Enoz - I am also attaching photos of before the 4th revision and 3 months after (before the steroid injection).
