Dr. Rizk is the Very Pinnacle of Excellence!!
Right before I found Dr. Sam Rizk, my nose - and all hopes for feeling like myself again - were all but destroyed. I had a previous rhinoplasty gone wrong, that was continuing to warp and change my nose for the worse each month. I had started to deeply regret trying to fix my original nose which originally seemed too short and wide and made my whole middle third look out of balance.
When I met with Dr. Rizk he immediately validated my thoughts and concerns for how my nose was too wide and short and upturned for how strong and long and masculine my face was. His eyes saw and volunteered the same thoughts I had before I even said them! He said it was going to take MANY advanced techniques, and the very best he had to offer, to not only make my nose longer and narrowed, but to clean up the disaster that the previous surgeon had made inside by using an ear cartilage graft. He told he that I wasn't breathing out of one side since my septum had deviated so badly to one side. He gave me hope and encouraged me that with:
*A nostril ring graft
*Carefully selected and preserved cadaver rib bone
*MedPor tip implant
*Silicone injections, and
*His years and YEARS of nose reconstruction artistry he would make it right again.
HE DID EVERYTHING HE SAID HE WOULD AND MORE.
Look at that list, how can one surgeon accomplish all of that in such an incredibly tiny workspace/canvas as a nose, while undoing the damage from a previous surgeon?
He said he wanted to continue to make the tip a bit longer like we had originally planned and agreed on, but he said it should be done slowly over time to make sure my nasal tissue on the tip would accept the silicone injections without danger of blood flow. He has continued to honor his word, and every few months I fly to NY to continue to refine my nose with him without extra charge, and he said we will continue to tweak and refine it until we both agree it's perfect. Who else stands behind their work like that? Dr. Rizk and his staff have changed my life and saved me from a place a thought I could never come back from. He isn't just a world class surgeon, he's a stand up man of his word.
Look at the before and after and consider the amount of work, experience, and skill that went into my transformation.
I don't have adequate words to express my gratitude, but this review is my best attempt at it.
If he can fix the catastrophe that was my nose, imagine how easily and perfectly he can fix whatever issues you have. I recommend Dr. Rizk without hesitation or reservation.

What was the nostril ring graft made of?
Nostril ring graft is septum cartlidge, medpor is on the bridge. Surgeons always mistakenly use rib or ear grafts on the bridge and they always warp and deform. Mine did both and actually came detatched!
As far as price goes, I know each person's needs are different so he charges based on what's needed. I saw some Google reviews posting about him being money hungry and I have to say that couldn't be further from the truth. The moment he learned that I'm a physical therapist and heal people for a living he said "I'm going to give you $5,000 off your surgery because people like you help make the world a better place." Totally unprompted and unasked for.
I'd encourage you to consult with him, just know that you're getting the most expert and experienced there is. He's not there to make you FEEL good, he's there to make you LOOK your best, so he's direct and to the point which for me is very refreshing.

How much was the total cost? Where did he use the cadaver and what was in the tip?
The cadaver graft was in the tip. I don't feel comfortable sharing the cost, but I'll say that what I paid was worth it and MORE to feel at home in my face.
Would you share it privately? Can you give a "north of" answer, like 20-25k?

Price range is 15k based on what I heard
Hey there, I have a very similar nose to you before, and i'm curious about the diagnoses and what he did to correct it? rib cartiledge etc? It's super emotional for me because I feel like my nose will never be fixed but this gave me hope. Do you mind posting more photos?
What was the cost of revision?
