My scar on the columella is healing well. Still very visible when I tilt my head up. My nasal tip is still swollen and there are days when I feel that my nose is a little tilted esp between my eyes, but there are days that it looks straight. Still hoping that once the swelling subsides, then it will look straight. My nostrils are not symmetrical but i already had the worst assymetry before the revision. I’m still ecstaticand so happy with the results!

Revision Rhinoplasty by Dr. Michael Kremer in Munich, Germany
Dr. Kremer is a very talented, dedicated and professional surgeon. I can‘t even find the words to express my gratitude. My ordeal started when I did my primary rhinoplasty and my nose was butchered by an inexperienced so-called plastic surgeon. I do admit that i didn‘t do proper research at that time and I did the surgery on whim, I was young and gullible. It was the biggest mistake of my life. I needed a revision rhinoplasty 8 years, at that time, I did research and I did make sure that I went to one of the „best“, and yet, the surgeon was not able to help me. Instead, the skin on my tip became so thin because the cartilage that was used to build up my tip was too big. My self-confidence was down to almost nil and I feared daily that it would extrude out of my nose anytime. Then we moved to Munich, and I just couldn‘t bear to see my nose like that and it was affecting even my mental health already. Eventhough i was so scared to go under the knife again, I took the plunge and started researching for plastic surgeons around here. I met one, and although our consultation went really well, I had a doubt since the surgeon‘s speciality doesn‘t seem to be rhinoplasty and so i tried to search again. I found Dr. Kremer through google, and found the reviews about the rhinoplasties he performed really amazing. Our consultation went really well, I was very impressed with the before and after photos, he explained everything clearly to me, checked my nose very comprehensively and detailed to me what needs to be done. I was blown away but the main thing was the cost, it was about 2500 higher than the previous surgeon I went to. For us that‘s a lot of money, but I am glad I went ahead and chose him. My husband was very supportive and the surgery went well. My recovery was uneventful, except I had severe pain after I woke up and the first night, my bose was severely „blocked“ it was uncomfortable. I was immediately given painkillers and I gelt better, the aftercare in the Airport Hotel was great. The nurses were so helpful, it was like I went to a short holiday. I stayed overnight there. Now the results, I am extremely, extremely happy. It‘s been 5 weeks now, my nose is still swollen but i‘m the only one who can notice it. I still have scar because it was an open rhinoplasty, mine was very complicated to be done on closed rhinoplasty but it‘s not that bad. I am hoping it will fade soon. My nose look so much symmetrical, my features are the same, they just gotten better somehow! Nothing drastic, no one noticed that i had a rhinoplasty because i still look the same, except the protruding tip on my nose is gone and I can breathe so much better now. If you‘re planning to get rhinoplasty, I highly suggest Dr. Kremer. He is the one to go to! I know from my two surgeries that 5 weeks is extremely early to judge the result of rhinoplasty but based on my experience, mine is already looking amazing. I know that i will never need any surgery again on my nose, thanks to Dr. Kremer!
About me: Asian, first surgery was to augment my bridge, second was to fix the surgery but the surgeon had to tipplasty because he said the silicone implant damaged my tip and so he had to use goretex on my bridge and my ear cartilage to build up the tip.
