Dr. Mehta, an exceptional surgeon, is the ideal choice for anyone seeking a revision rhinoplasty. I had undergone six previous nasal surgeries, requiring three cartilage grafts from my ears (two from my left and one from my right) and a rib graft. My nose was asymmetrical, with numerous bumps along the dorsum and an over-resected right nostril.
Two other surgeons specializing in revision rhinoplasties recommended a full reconstruction of my nose, which would necessitate another rib graft to replace the existing grafts. Another surgeon even declined my consultation request due to the complexity of my case.
Before meeting with Dr. Mehta, I was mentally prepared for him to advise against another surgery. To my relief, he proposed a plan to utilize the existing grafts and only a small fascia graft from my scalp. He attentively listened to all my concerns, provided reassurance, and outlined a comprehensive plan to address both my aesthetic and functional concerns.
The staff at the Waverly Surgical Center was exceptional. The anesthesiologist and PACU nurses were incredibly helpful, kind, and caring. Dr. Mehta was readily available during the postoperative period and offered timely follow-up appointments. He continued to provide follow-up and support even 18 months after my surgery. Additionally, the staff at Mehta Plastic Surgery is friendly, professional, and accommodating.
My nose has never looked better. I am eternally grateful to Dr. Mehta for his expertise, compassion, and unwavering dedication to my well-being.
