Disappointed, Still Can't Breathe

I've spent the last 8 years unable to breathe through my nose due to botched surgeries from the military and VA. I googled the best revision surgeon I could find and Dr. Rohrich's name came up. I told him my main concern is breathing and would just like my nose to be straight, and for 21k he assured that I would be able to breathe again. After the splints were removed, my breathing still wasn't any better and I was assured within 6 weeks it would get better.
I'm 4 months post up and have to use nasal dilators to breathe better, both the sides of my nose collapse when I inhale, which is a symptom of collapsed nasal valves. I'm now told it'll take 2 years for the swelling to come down, which I believe is just a way to get me to stop asking.
I'm disappointed and devastated.

Still no improvement on breathing, we're attempting fillers to secure the nasal valves, but no luck. Now that the swelling has subsided more, I have noticed that the nasal bridge is very much still deviated as shown in the pictures provided

The fillers injected unfortunately made my breathing worse, so I went back in to get them dissolved. I had consultations with 2 different ENTs as another surgery will likely make things much worse. The last option available is an in office procedure called Vivaer, which will cost an additional $4,500. The procedure may or may not work as it would only create an additional 1mm space inside the nostril, at best.
