Totally Depressed over my Outcome 1.5 Years Later

Some people messaged me here curious about my before. I don't have that many pictures front on because honestly it never looked that great so I always kept my head at an angle. I'm not showing the side profile because the side was never an issue and still looks fine. It's the front that shows how crooked and botched it is.

Totally Depressed over my Outcome 1.5 Years Later
What I’m left with after my revision rhinoplasty with Dr Guyuron that cost about 30k is a nose I’m ashamed to be seen in public with and that is more crooked that my initial botched rhinoplasty. I went to him because he’s supposed to be one of the best in the world at this, so I'm pretty shocked by this result.
The operation was surprisingly short and surprisingly he shaved down my nose MORE, which was already too small in my opinion. The nose ended up being so structurally unstable and a small bump that occurred after he told me multiple times “no restrictions your nose is completely stable now” caused one side to completely cave in. On top of that the nostrils are uneven even when looking from the front and there are hard lumps of scar tissue in the nostrils, visible scarring. Nose is completely crooked and the septum is deviated, despite him telling me he spent most of the operation straightening my septum.
He offered to do a “small touch up” on my nose for an additional 5-10k, depending on what type of grafting is needed. I feel like my nose needs a lot more work than that and frankly I don’t know if I even trust him at this point. I never asked for a Barbie nose, just a straight, functional, natural looking nose. I feel totally depressed over this. Like it keeps me up at night that my nose looks this bad. Please feel to message me here as I'm looking for advice and support.
