Less than one month ago, Dr. Arthur Handal of Handal Plastic Surgery successfully completed a closed revision rhinoplasty on my to correct an over projected, over scooped nose with collapsed nasal passages impacting breathing with visible tip cartilage protruding through very thin delicate skin.

Not only did he achieve my desired results which I wasn't even sure were possible given the complexity of my case, he exceeded them and made an otherwise stressful intimidating process an incredible experience all using a closed procedure with no scarring, pain or bruising.
