My nose really suits my face and no one can tell I've had surgery

This was my second trip to vanity clinic, this time for a revision rhinoplasty, scar revision from a breast surgery, a brow lift and lip filler. I had been in touch with Emel and Mehmet to arrange the surgeries again with Dr Alper Uslu. Communication from the coordinators has been brilliant and it doesn't take long to get a response. Everything seemed to run a little more smoothly than my last trip and I can see the changes that have been made around the clinic. The downstairs areas have been refurbished and it looks great but the upstairs rooms are still in need of updating (although everything was cleaned regularly) and the food is not good. I didn't get a gluten free meal even with plenty of notice, and paying cash is massively inconvenient but these are the only downsides, the staff are wonderful and the surgery results are amazing!!

The day of the surgery I met with Dr Alper and we discussed the procedures, he remembered me from last time which meant a lot given the number of patients he sees and it shows he actually cares about you as a person. He wasn't able to do the exact brow lift I was envisioning so he did what he thought would give the best result and what I'd be happy with.

The internet will tell you a brow lift isn't painful but that is a lie, it's definitely the most painful procedure I've had by a long shot! It does definitely get better after a few days but they were great about making sure I was as comfortable as possible in the clinic and back at the hotel. When I needed a compression band for my forehead they sent one over to the hotel straight away and were great at answering questions and helping with things after the surgery and not just before they take your money.

My sister accompanied me again and they treated her well too, she was allowed to stay at the clinic with me overnight and got food etc as well. The nurses are very attentive and I felt well taken care of, everyone has been incredibly kind and now I'm home they are still in contact to make sure everything is healing well.

My lips look great and there is no bruising, the first time I had filler there was a lot of swelling and bruising and it took her 10 times as long so it shows he has a good technique. It's been almost 8 weeks since the surgery and everything is healing well and looking good. It'll take a little longer for the final result but I'm really pleased with how it's turned out!

I so desperately want to give 5 stars but because of the reasons I mentioned I don't think I could. It has nothing to do with the surgery just the fact they don't cater for food allergies, paying in cash and you can tell they are all very rushed as they take on so much work. But I always feel safe in their hands and they are all extraordinarily kind. As Emel was ill the day of my surgery and it was her day off during my check up she very kindly offered to visit us during breakfast one morning at our hotel. It was so nice of her to offer to come over and to see how we were doing during our stay. Mehmet has also been amazing, he's so kind and we had many lovely conversations during our stay and now we're back home. I can't remember anyone else's name unfortunately but all the staff are so lovely and I really appreciate everything they have done for me.

If you are worried about having surgery abroad then you will definitely be safe and well looked after at Vanity, my sister said it was so much better than her experience back in the UK and she would come here instead if she could go back in time.

Dr Uslu is an amazing surgeon and he really understands his craft. He always tries his best to get a good outcome and does what he thinks will work for you and your face/body instead of just going for the overdone Instagram look. My nose really suits my face and no one can tell I've had surgery!! I love what he's done so far and I'm really excited to see how everything settles over time. I don't think I'll have any more work done now but I've really enjoyed meeting everyone and if I'm back in Istanbul I will definitely have to visit and say hello!
