Ended up with an uglier nose bridge and bulbous nose

After many people have asked, I’m adding some pictures of my secondary rhinoplasty with Dr Ismail Küçüker.
The result was just horrible - uneven nostrils, a big scar on the tip and a very ugly front look.
His Instagram results are mostly so beautiful, I just can’t understand how he did such horror work on my case. He did offer a review, but after this results (and sever bleeding after his surgery - above 500ml) I can’t trust him again.

I’m going through a similar thing. I’ve had my rhinoplasty few weeks ago and it’s exactly as you said 10min consultation.

Horrible Result in Revision Rhinoplasty
The team and process went all well, however I hate my result.
I don’t know what went wrong in my case as most of the results I see on Dr Ismail‘s Instagram are very good, but my revision was a disaster. I only wanted to correct the tip and nostrils, but ended up with an uglier nose bridge and bulbous nose I didn’t have before. The bridge is also not straight, neither are the nostrils….I’m extremely sad and unhappy because despite the waste of money, this was already a revision and I’m very scared now to do a third one. I regret very much having operated by him.

Hi, can you please update us and send pics? I was literally getting ready to put a deposit down for a revision and I am in US. I was already hesitant for the revision with him and now this comment. we want to make sure we we trust you and see some pics.
I can send by email if you wish, just leave me an email address. I think he has great results for others, but not for me. And if you’ll do a revision, that’s even more important to be sure and also trust your own feelings, I ignored mine and here am I pretty desperate now trying to find a third surgeon to correct what he did.
