I would 100 percent recommend Dr. Alemi to anyone who is looking for an honest, thoughtful, attentive, and kind doctor. I had my revision rhinoplasty done just about a month ago and can already see that I look natural and more like my old self (just better!).
I thought my nose wasn't fixable from my first rhinoplasty with a different doctor. My first rhinoplasty gave me a very scooped-out bridge with a super high tip. Something I did not ask for. I was mortified, depressed, and felt like someone else. After this experience, it was important to find a doctor who understood my vision. When I met with Dr. Alemi, he completely understood the look I was going for - something natural that looked like me. He told me he would build up my bridge, fix my breathing, and lower my tip. And he did exactly that! I went from looking like a barbie to looking like an elegant woman!
Right before surgery, Dr. Alemi went over the morph pictures again (which I very much appreciated!), what to expect, any last questions I had, and even played one of my favorite songs to ease my nerves! The OR staff was also super sweet. (I gave a hug to the nurse at the end, that's how amazing she was). Immediately after surgery, I experienced no pain, not a ton of swelling or bruising, and genuinely felt excited to see my results. The same evening after surgery, Dr. Alemi called to check up on me and asked I felt. That small gesture showed that he really does care about the well-being of his patients. While my nose was in a cast, I could already tell that he listened to exactly what I wanted and fixed my concerns.
When my cast came off, I was speechless and shocked at how I looked like my old self. I honestly felt so beautiful in that moment. Dr. Alemi gave me my confidence AND my life back. Thank you so much, Dr. Alemi!
