Botched By Dr Gregory Antoniak in Ottawa

This is a real review based on having THREE failed rhinoplasty from Dr. Antoniak. I first went to dr antoniak in 2015 having 1 previous surgery elsewhere. I was a revision septorhinoplasty case and he also did endoscopic sinus surgery. I did my first surgery with him and the outcome was not good at all. I still had a poly beak deformity and uneven nostrils and was hard of breathing. In 2017 he agreed to ‘fix it’ and performed another unsuccessful surgery that left me with an awkward scoop, no smooth transition from bridge to tip, nostrils asymmetrical and I had now developed scar tissue Appearing as a scar on my left nostril side. (I should have ran away at that point but being young and naive I didn’t know better), In 2019 he yet again performed another unsuccessful revision rhinoplasty on me that left me with a bigger mess than before. He took ear cartilage from my ears to camouflage the awkward scoop from bridge to trip. Throughout 6 years and 3 rhinoplasty later I was left with a botched nose, many deformities, collapsed airways and scars and worst of all for an ‘ENT doctor ‘ I had barley to no breathing, I had no sense of smell and developed snoring you can imagine the emotional toll it took on me. Dr antoniak botched me and kept blaming it on my first surgery elsewhere. I wish I had RAN away the first time he operated on me, if a surgeon can’t get it right the first time he doesn’t have the right skills to ‘fix it’ for you. I was very young when I went to dr anontiak and I wasted years of my life being botched and wasted my money here. I wish I never went to this surgeon and would never recommend anyone based on my own personal results to dr antoniak. He simply is not a revision specialist and cannot handle any complication of the nose. Since my last operation in 2019 I spent the last 2 years researching the best revision rhinoplasty doctor in the world because the way dr antoniak botched me so hard I was now a overly difficult and challenging case that only the highest of expertise can handle. After excessive research the best rhinoplasty doctors mainly are located in Turkey. I consulted about 12 top famous revision doctors, I was REJECTED by 6 of them. As I now had 4 rhinoplasty, it is a very hard situation to operate again and most doctors don’t want to fix up the other surgeons mess that was made. I ended up choosing a specialized doctor in revision rhinoplasty and he even said he never saw a scar like mine and I was one of his most challenging cases and I spent 26,000$ CAD just on the surgery alone to fix up dr antoniak disastrous mess. I shed tears when I was able to breathe for the first time in 6 years after dr antoniak couldn’t get it right the 3 times I had surgery with him. Now let’s talk about fillers. I had lip filler a while back here in 2017 and nurse Julie left me with a horrible job, lumpy and bumpy lips, she used an old traditional technique. I find the clinic is not advanced and up to date on today’s beauty techniques she had no idea at the time about a keyhole pout or Russian style lips, she questioned me like what is that? How are you an injector cosmetic nurse and a I’m a regular patient and I know more information on lip techniques at that times? Anyway when I finally realized I was a walking mess I went to another clinic and they were shocked at the horrible job she did for my lips. They dissolved it and corrected it. Funny how the price was twice more expensive at facial surgery and cosmetic centre then the new place I go to which gives way better results. Nurse Julie no longer works there. In conclusion, I wasted THOUSANDS of dollars at this clinic and was left more than devastated by getting botched. Dr antoniak has been my biggest regret in life. If I could give zero stars I would. This clinic wasted years of my life and money other people need to be aware of how poorly the results are at this clinic and I’m a prime example.
