Yet again promised this and that. Flew to turkey for the op and the outcome is totally unsatisfactory. The doc was also very careless with incisions leaving me with irregular obvious scarring. This is not my 1st op so found it very unprofessional he did not take advantage of my previous scars and prepare his incisions strategically based the healing outcome of the past surgeries. Scars do not disappear clearly! The implants i was given totally does not match my body type. I went for mod plus 700cc and wanted smaller breast, I suggested 500cc HP but the doc suggested UHP for the perky effect. Im not a surgeon and told him what i want so I presumed what he suggested would work. I don't handle implants for a living. The Implants are very firm due to the profile and painful. They do not suit me from the side. Nipples are irregular in size/placement and I have no nipple sensation. Rhino revision: He messed up my breathing. Since my surgery with the doc - I cannot breathe clearly through my left nostril. Tip is not defined or lifted adequately as wanted.....Setany he coordinator is lovely. However the booking and packages are a bit vague. I made all of my transport arrangements inc to the hospital ( this is normal for UK but usually abroad they have brilliant packages available). My 1st consultation and officially meeting the doc was 1.5/2hrs late...totally not acceptable. Bottom line is I do not recommend this doctors as for my personal experience he was unable to achieve what was proposed or something close. The scarring is total carelessness which is not acceptable for a surgeon. Also prices are inconsistent! He is not a qualified ent or rhinoplasty specialist and particularly with afro-caribbean noses!! It is the surgeons paid duty to educate their patients and provides honesty of what is capable to achieve. There are always risks to surgery but this is simple lack of skill & carelessness. Another 6K and bag of confidence down the drain!! Please do your research and talk to former patients before booking this fame/money hungry careless doc.

The uplift scars are a joke - so poorly placed, not even symmetrical. I cannot even wear a bikini and certain tops any more as it shows.
To show my cleavage is not the end of the world however the anchor lift was not an option that we agreed/discussed and would ot expect such poor execution if so.
This surgeon had the upper hand of seeing how my scars heal up (I’ve had multiple previous surgeries inc BL) and still carelessly placed the incisions
Also You should be fully informed of all the possibilities of your surgeries.
This Dr is Jack of all trades, master of none....

From my first surgery with Dr Berker (sx Apr 2017 uplift +implant - picture in previous post ) he totally jacked up my breast, my nipples still have no sensitivity, (I believe it’s mostly due to the method the doctor used in the uplift), my areolas are noticeably misplaced and uneven and strangely enough after the breast itself, is sooo painful - My GP says I have nerve damage.
With the recent BA (2018) now my breast are even worst! Oddly shaped, crease seems lower and the left implant pocket is oversized.
Nose (sx Apr 2017): Permanent Sinus issues, septum deviation and tip looks larger than before.
When I came back for the BA this year I told him not to touch my nose and he agreed himself and said it requires ENT work which he is not. He said he’d set up an apt with a fellow Doc who is an ENT after the BA surgery. Can you believe I woke up thinking I was just having a BA and my nose was swollen, packed with gauze and bleeding! And told he attempted to fix the deviation himself! WTF! Totally unacceptable!
I had none of these issues before surgery with Dr Berker – I fully regret giving him the opportunity to ruin my body and health.
He is a very greedy man! And clearly poorly-skilled. He wants more money at any opportunity. I asked him to take down my pictures of me which he is using on his Instagram without consent to promote his business and he BLOCKED ME!!! I've spoken to a few of his other patients and its similar issues, another unsatisfied patient was actually told that they won’t take down the patients picture because it's getting them so many enquiries!!
My friend also had a rhinoplasty with him and he posted it on Insta with lies about fixing her breathing complaints which she had no issues with in the first place - and he is not a qualified ENT doctor either.
So difficult to find an honest surgeon these days.
One thing I just don’t understand is why anyone esp the doc would think I should accept 50% satisfaction…I paid 100% so I expect 100% honesty which will make 100% satisfaction. If you can’t do then be honest and don’t do it!
BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS DOCTOR – DON’T TRUST HIS INSTAGRAM, TRY TALK TO HIS PATIENTS
Moving on - I have booked an apt with a very reputable UK Breast surgeon (Dr Adrian Richards) hopefully he can sort it out
I’m hoping to find an ENT rhinoplasty specialist to correct my breathing and shape.
