Botched Breast and rhinoplasty revision in Turkey with Dr Berker

1.5yrs roughly after my initial surgery and I’m unsymmetrical, scarring is awful and I’m still experiencing pain. 1 nipple has absolutely no sensation. A mess.
I absolutely hate my chest. No longer wear the clothes I want to and used to. But mainly just don’t feel the me and confidence I use to.
So depressing.
To add to the disappointment I’ve consulted quite a few UK surgeons and same response A) bad job and B) complicated to correct = rejection.
I can’t seem to find a surgeon who specialises in breast and corrects them exceptionally.
Any suggestions are very welcome x

Had my consultation with Adrian Richard who supposedly is a breast specialist. He literally took one look at my breast and said its beyond his skillset to fix...I waited 30mins (ridiculous delays in clinic) to spend 2mins with him to say that!?... looks like I’m now “unfixable” thanks to Dr Berkers butchery.

So a year later form my uplift with this Doc, I foolishly went back as he said he can correct my breast implant shape (In my uplift he gave my extra high which was far too pointy for me). First he said he’d do it for free, then demanded £1000. I really did not think it’d be even possible to mess up a standard BA – desperation got the better of me
From my first surgery with Dr Berker (sx Apr 2017 uplift +implant - picture in previous post ) he totally jacked up my breast, my nipples still have no sensitivity, (I believe it’s mostly due to the method the doctor used in the uplift), my areolas are noticeably misplaced and uneven and strangely enough after the breast itself, is sooo painful - My GP says I have nerve damage.
With the recent BA (2018) now my breast are even worst! Oddly shaped, crease seems lower and the left implant pocket is oversized.
Nose (sx Apr 2017): Permanent Sinus issues, septum deviation and tip looks larger than before.
When I came back for the BA this year I told him not to touch my nose and he agreed himself and said it requires ENT work which he is not. He said he’d set up an apt with a fellow Doc who is an ENT after the BA surgery. Can you believe I woke up thinking I was just having a BA and my nose was swollen, packed with gauze and bleeding! And told he attempted to fix the deviation himself! WTF! Totally unacceptable!
I had none of these issues before surgery with Dr Berker – I fully regret giving him the opportunity to ruin my body and health.
He is a very greedy man! And clearly poorly-skilled. He wants more money at any opportunity. I asked him to take down my pictures of me which he is using on his Instagram without consent to promote his business and he BLOCKED ME!!! I've spoken to a few of his other patients and its similar issues, another unsatisfied patient was actually told that they won’t take down the patients picture because it's getting them so many enquiries!!
My friend also had a rhinoplasty with him and he posted it on Insta with lies about fixing her breathing complaints which she had no issues with in the first place - and he is not a qualified ENT doctor either.
So difficult to find an honest surgeon these days.
One thing I just don’t understand is why anyone esp the doc would think I should accept 50% satisfaction…I paid 100% so I expect 100% honesty which will make 100% satisfaction. If you can’t do then be honest and don’t do it!
BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS DOCTOR – DON’T TRUST HIS INSTAGRAM, TRY TALK TO HIS PATIENTS
Moving on - I have booked an apt with a very reputable UK Breast surgeon (Dr Adrian Richards) hopefully he can sort it out
I’m hoping to find an ENT rhinoplasty specialist to correct my breathing and shape.
