Terrible experience. I left with a nose that is a blob. And when I explained my concerns and he would not hear it. He’s great to you as long as you do what you’re told and like your nose. If not then you will see his true colors. Pictures show nose

Thank you for posting. Perhaps some of this is swelling? I had a primary open rhino with a Dr. in NYC, and I can tell you that my nose was HUGE for well over a year. I simply could not believe the amount of swelling I had.

How long ago was your surgery? Do you have before pics? Primary or revision? 30k, seriously?
It was revision. The swelling has gone down from these pictures will updated in 7 weeks. The nose is looking worse every day. He did not derotated the tip at all as i had asked him several times to do. To me it’s not about effort here he worked on me for 6 hours. I just think rhinoplasty is a mix of being a good surgeon but also being an artist he lacks in that latter in my opinion.
That sucks. I had primary septorhinoplasty with Katrib 7 weeks ago and have swelling too, which makes the tip look undefined and bigger. Revision takes longer for swelling to go down I've heard. You are very early in your healing process it sounds like. Do you have before pics?
