I highly recommend Dr Miller. He performed a revision rhinoplasty three months ago, and I'm so pleased with the results. I had no pain after the surgery and minor swelling. My breathing has vastly improved and my nose is very straight. I can't imagine getting a better result from another surgeon. Dr Miller's staff is also wonderful.

Hi Roger: The bridge of my nose was rebuilt with rib cartilage and it's harder to see the subtle difference in photos. My septum was crooked, which impaired my breathing, but once the bridge was repaired, the septum was able to straighten out. I see subtle nice changes in the appearance of my nose, but they wouldn't really photograph as big before/after changes. This was technically a very challenging surgery. It was my third rhinoplasty (I originally broke my nose) - the other two performed by other surgeons. This was by far my easiest surgery from a recovery standpoint.
