Revision Rhinoplasty Help

I had a rhinoplasty done in 2017 to correct a dorsal hump on my nose. Fast forward to 5 years later and I am very unhappy with the results. I always had large nostrils which I hated but now my nose is super upturned. If I go for revision rhinoplasty I wanted to know what could be done to correct the alar base and can my columella be shortened and brought down as it’s too far off my face. And when I smile my nostrils flare. Any advice would be helpful!
