Revision rhinoplasty

I got my cast off today. Brenda helped me take it off and shes a great person. I love the results so far. All the concerns I had were fixed and I’m very pleased. I have to wear tape for the next 6 weeks. I still have swelling and the the tip will fall with time but I am very happy with my nose. Ive learned from my primary rhinoplasty that time and patience is key. With time your nose changes alot, so be patient and dont panic if its not exactly the way you thought itd come out. Overall Im happy and excited for my results and healing to come along.

I had my primary rhinoplasty with Dr. Rios about years ago. I was content with the work but he always assured me that he would have a conservative approach to the things i wanted addressed as its easier to take more later than to put back. Over the years i wanted to go back and make a few more adjustments but it wasnt until this year I decided to finally go back and have then done. Dr. Rios is very nice, funny, and really listens to you which is why Id always go to him for any body improvements. At my consult he listened to exactly what I wanted done and on the day of my surgery we went over wish pictures I had shown him. He discussed exactly what he would do to achieve the results I wanted and felt very secure in his skilled hands. His anesthesiologist and two nurses are very nice and make you feel safe and well taken care of. Great experience as far as the anesthesia part. Very relaxing and calm. Once surgery was over the Dr came to check on me and I went home to recover. Very minimal bruising and swelling so far. Absolutely no pain. So far a great surgery day. Will keep updating my progress.
