3th Rhinoplasty in Iran. He lifted my nose and made my tip smaller

It was a very long journey for me as this was my 3th and hopefully last rhinoplasty. I had a really ugly nose. I had everything wrong with my nose. It was big in size, I had a hump I think its called. My nose was curved down and my wings on my nose was big. So I did my first rhinoplasty a few years ago in spain madid. Dont ask me why I choose that place. I wish I went back in time to correct my mistake but I hope you guys do it and dont go there. That doctor was awful. He only removed my hump but he instead gave me a curvy nose and told me it was my faces symmetric. This doctor did all kind of surgery and that is a Big No Go. Always choose a surgeron that only specialises in one area. So for my second rhinoplasty I did it in my hometown Malmo in sweden. That doctor did small changes like tried to correct my curve on my nose and did very small changes. Also he did all kind of surgeries. On my third time I really did my research. I didnt listen to anyone and went to the capital of rhinoplasty - Iran. I wanted first to go to dr mofrad mohammedi. He had a package where you pay only 2000 $ for rhinoplasty plus hotell and visa. I was tempted but I didnt like his style. Different dr has different signature. For example dr aflaki is known for giving pig nose. Dr mohebbi is known for natural and small noses. I choose dr yahyavi becouse I wanted something between semi fantasy and natural. I booked after 1 year research and ny heart sayd if anyone was going to correct my nose it is going to be him. I booked and got some issues that denmark didnt allow me to fly to iran becouse of red countries. I tried next day in sweden and they stopped me from flying becouse I was not vacinnated. So how did I come here? My friend told me to fly to irak and try somehow illegal way to go to iran. I listend to him but when I was in irak. I asked and they sayd yon fly to iran without vacinn. So I bought my tickets and flyed to tehran. I visted dr Yahyavi the next day and he was very nice but didnt promised me anything and sayd no surgeron should promise anything and also that my nose was fine. He made me abit worried. I showed him a photo on his IG telling him how I wanted it. He sayd becouse it was going to be my 3th time that it was going to be very complicated. The more rhinoplasty you do the less the surgeon can change and do for you. My agent miss mahnaz (dr mofrads offical agent) told me to not be worried as he always says this (not promising). The day after I saw him shortly and told him if he was going to take cartilage that he should take from my left ear and not right ear or rib. When I waked up the first thing I remember doing was touching my ear and was surprised that he didnt take cartilage. I was worried but then I started to see what he did. He lifted my nose. He made my nose tip smaller. He reduced the wings and overall my nose looks exacly how I wanted it to be. I still need to remove the cast tomorrow but boy how excited I am. These drs in iran really knows how to do rhinoplasty. Come and you wont regret it.
