3 weeks post-op revision rhinoplasty & nostrils are so asymmetrical

My Nostrils Are So Asymmetrical, I Am Lost…

Nostrils look so asymmetrical, like they did before my second surgery. 3 weeks post-op and I am not happy. Can anything be done, can the part sticking out be cut out? The nostrils should have been corrected, they looked symmetrical before cast removal, the part that is now sticking out wasn’t sticking out 1 week ago. I’m discouraged and I am looking for answers if this issue just isn’t fixable.

can you share who the surgeon was. I had that happen to me and if the nostrils are not corrected now, they will get worse and so will your breathing. Don't listen to anyone including the Dr. telling you it will get better. Talk to the surgeon again and again don't settle ,this is your face.
It seems like a scar tissue inside . I had same thing happened to me after Volkan Kahya destroyed my nostrils fusing rib grafts to my delicate nasal skin which led to severe scarring and erosion . I would advise to use retainers as your nose is healing .
