Revision Rhinoplasty at 27 — I Can Breathe Better and Feel So Much More Confident

I had such a great experience with Dr. Nima and truly could not be happier with the results of my revision rhinoplasty. I had my first rhinoplasty when I was 16, and while it wasn’t botched, my nose was still noticeably crooked. Now at 27, I decided to have a revision, and Dr. Nima did an incredible job straightening my nose while still keeping it looking natural and like me.

One of the biggest things that stood out to me was the level of care throughout the entire healing process. With my first rhinoplasty, which was performed by a different surgeon, I remember having very little follow-up after surgery. My experience with Dr. Nima has been completely different. He and his team check in consistently, schedule multiple follow-up appointments, and genuinely seem to take the recovery and healing process just as seriously as the surgery itself. I’ve felt very taken care of from beginning to end.

My recovery has gone incredibly well, I can breathe better, and most importantly, I feel so much more confident in my nose. Dr. Nima is extremely talented and, after going through rhinoplasty twice, he is the only surgeon I would personally trust with my nose.

Revision rhinoplasty is definitely an investment, but your nose is such a central feature of your face that I believe choosing the right surgeon is incredibly important. I’m so happy I chose Dr. Nima and would absolutely recommend him to anyone considering a rhinoplasty or revision rhinoplasty.
