From initial consultation to post-op care, I cannot express the immense gratitude I have towards Dr Shandilya and the rest of his dream team, Sarah and Fiona.
The personable, professional nature of Dr Shandilya put me at ease straight away and his knowledge and expertise shone through from the very beginning. He was realistic about what we could achieve and I was over the moon with the final result! The change was subtle, fit my face beautifully and was exactly as described from initial consultation.
Due to personal reasons, my first surgery couldn’t go ahead- Sarah and Fiona were so so accommodating, kind and empathetic and went above and beyond to reschedule for me. They truly surpassed any expectations I could have had in terms of customer service and care.
I don’t know how else to sum up this experience…
For anyone putting it off, feeling apprehensive about this procedure or debating surgeons, you’ve found the best in Dr Shandilya. He is truly an expert in his field and his two right hand ladies were exceptional
