Today Is The Day

Today is the day!! They will start all of the prep in about an hour amd my doctor will come around 7:00 to do all of the markings. He said they will take me back to the operating room around 8:00 and get me ready, the actual surgery should start around 9:00. Please say a prayer for my doctor, his staff and me. Thank you.

No More Waiting

Tomorrow is the day. I arrived in Puerto Vallarta last Friday (April 1st) and have enjoyed some much needed relaxation. On Monday (April 4th) I had my lab work done and met with Dr. Hernandez, the cardiologist. Everything checked out perfectly. I meet with Dr. Alejandro, my plastic surgeon, this evening at the hospital for my final pre-op appt and then he will check me into the hospital. I will have my surgery around 9:00 am tomorrow morning (April 8th). I have been relatively calm with no fears. I know I am really good hands with Dr. Alejandro. Since I have been in Puerto Vallarta I have learned of several of my friend's (that i am.staying while im here) friends have used Dr. Alejandro multiple times and refer to him as "the miracle worker". If I had had any reservations those comments would have settled them. Kind thoughts and prayers are very much appreciated.
