Jaw and Chin Filler

Terrible work by MELANIE SPEED, the owner. She also trains the rest of her staff so beware. I came in for subtle work done on my jaw and they made me feel like I had to get a full syringe on each side so I agreed. The final look was overfilled and changed the shape of my face to more round. When I went back again, Melanie offered to dissolve it but I wanted to avoid that level of pain and suggested to fix it by adding chin filler to get it less rounded. The chin filler was placed too far under my chin making me look like I have a double chin. I waited a month for it to settle before making any judgments. At this point I was so frustrated and went back a 4th time and just decided to dissolve it all and go to a new injector. I tried to explain why I was unhappy and she kept making excuses saying that it’s the angle and that no one is perfect. I’ve had filler many times and it’s never looked this bad. They also made me use my reward points for the laughing gas in order to avoid dissolver pain. It did not help the pain at all. At the end I asked for a refund and she refused. I also have a membership that I can’t get out of for a certain amount of months. This place will make you look terrible! If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
