Horrible experience - I am extremely disappointed

Nicole showed me the results that I would get, and I got nothing. She collected $1000 and without my knowledge or approval used $100 in my reward points. She then sent pictures of before and after which were definitely not true. You could actually see on the after one how she blurred out my problem area, if you pinch and pinch out and look closely, I am extremely disappointed.
