Complications on the Forehead After Restylane Booster

I had a Restylane skin booster treatment for my forehead 3 month ago. There were 3 procedures with 3 weeks intervals. 3 month later I have started developing 2 big lumps on my forehead in the area where the injection was done. They were painful on palpation. They persisted for more than a week and I contacted my doctor who performed the treatment. She suggested injecting hyaluronidase in the same area with the intention to break the substance. I had 2 injections of hyaluronidase with 3 days of interval. As a result it broke 2 big lumps into a few smaller lumps.
Next day i noticed swelling on my eyes which was as per doctor normal and the liquid should be coming down the face. I had persisting swelling on my eyelids and under the eye for about 4 days.
So..I am living with these lumps for about 3-4 weeks now and they are not going anywhere. They are painful and make my forehead hurt, I have to have ibuprofen to reduce the pain, but the next all go back to abnormal again.
My doctor also suggested a 12 days course of antibiotics which I haven't started as I am not sure if this is the right thing for me to do.
Also when I first contacted my doctor with the problem she asked me if I have had any virus infection recently, to which I answered yes and shortly before the lumps appeared I had the flu. She thinks this is the result of having the flu and the response of my immune system to any procedure which was done. She also suggested checking if i have any autoimmune system disease, of which i am not aware i don't think i have it as no one in the family had it.
As an information i don't have any underlying health condition, My TSH and hormones and all good as i recently been tested.
In conclusion, I am lost! I wake up every morning with fear to look in the mirror and see even bigger lumps in the forehead. This is so stressful and annoying that all i think is my forehead now. I am not sure if I should start antibiotics or not. What else i should do i dont know. Has anyone had similar problem?I would be grateful if you share your experience.
Thanks Nika
