Wanted more fullness in my upper pole, my weight yo-yos and everyone my breasts seem more deflated. Finally decided to get a breast augmentation. It happened on June 30th, Nyla put in 320cc low plus profile silicone implants with an underboob incision and under the muscle. I did opt for the exparel to help with the pain.

I was a 34B. At first they handed me a 400cc mod profile and I immediately handed it back haha weighed way too much. I was hoping to be a full C with more fullness in my upper pile but based on the way things are going I think I'll end up atleast a D. I'll throw up some pictures now

They look great! I am considering the low plus profile, do you know what your width was? I'm 11.75, so I would be looking at around 250cc with the low-plus implants, but that sounds so small compared to everyone else

I am also 5’7” and 140lbs going in tomorrow for low profile under muscle- dr had a 285 low profile for me to try on and I loved it but I wanted to see a 300 he didn’t have that but we just ordered it so that would be the size I’m getting for surgery. I’m worried that 285 is a better fit but I’m not sure since I haven’t been able to try on the 300? Any thoughts did you try a 285?
Thanks

I've been doing okay for the most part, no bruising really and they seem to be dropping really quickly. Some soreness around the incisions. Per my ps I was able to take the waterproof bandage off day 2 and shower. Still taking it easy and just tried icing my boobs for the first time. Getting some of that "rippling sensation" in my left breast. Adding some pics so y'all can see what I mean by then dropping

4 days post op. One thing that has been amazing for me is my travel pillow, which sucks on an airplane but is amazing when you have to sleep propped up. Highly recommend if you haven't thought to try it. Still taking my muscle relaxer and they feel tight and sore pretty much all the time. When I first get up they feel so heavy. It got to the point that I needed to ice them for the first time yesterday and it seemed to help. I have full feeling in my nipples and often find they are hard even when I am not aroused or cold. My whole body feels bloated and I haven't had a bowel movement yet, just switched to stimulant laxatives so hoping to have some relief soon.

I was shooting for a full C but I'll be shocked if they don't turn out to be Ds. I love them but knowing they aren't what they will be for 3 months I'm trying not to think about how they look too much. I have another week off before I go back to work and I'm starting to do a lot more things on my own. We may try to go out and catch the fireworks tonight if I'm feeling up to it, will be my first time taking the girls out in public. My first post op appointment is friday where I'll learn to massage them and have my steristips removed and be able to start scar treatment. I bought some biooil and will probably go the silicone route. Having brown skip my scars usually end up white and pretty noticeable so I'm interested to see if actively trying to improve the scar will help at all. Will check in with y'all again after that appointment
