I'm scheduled for Vaser of my flanks and abs as well as a lift and augmentation for 1/25/17. The Lipo and BA with lift are about the same price ($5k-$6k each) and then add in the facility, surgical assistant and anesthesia to get the total cost of about $15k. You get what you pay for and I chose not to cheap out with a doctor that gives Groupon discounts and such. I'll review the doctor later - she's awesome so far and made me feel comfortable and was realistic with me.
About me, I'm 37 with no kids and no plans for kids. I'm 5'6 and weigh 165lbs and have 34D breasts. I'm proportioned and feel comfortable and attractive but my flanks and abs never seem to lose weight despite the gym. Also, I lost about 60 lbs in my early 20s and have kept it off since.... which is great but that has contributed to my breasts sagging and being a little deflated. I've wanted a lift for years and I'm finally doing it for me. I want my 34Ds to be perky!! I've pored over this site and reviews (thanks!!!) as I've made my decisions and want to give info so I can give realistic details to others. I have my preop appointment in Jan 9th 2017 and will do my best to update this and post pictures.

Before Pictures - In clothes and out.

The dreaded before pictures. I don't mind myself in clothes but I'm hoping this will improve my look out of clothes. My surgeon is going to make my breast more symmetric since one is larger than the other and do a BA with lift. I'm a 34D right now and I'm fine going a little bigger just not huge! 34DD is fine with me :)

I'll be discussing in detail the implant size and my desired look. I have a whole notebook of wish boobs to show my PS. I've gotten a good portion of my surgery supplies as well. Still a few more things to get. I think she'll request I get blood work done and then I'll be good to go.
