34 Years Old, Mother of 1, 34A, Athlete- Flat Chested and Going with 295cc Smooth Round Silicone - Reston, VA

So, I am finally doing it. I have always been very flat chested, but after having my daughter, I find it bothers me a little more than before. Maybe it is because I actually had a little bit of a chest while I was pregnant and breastfeeding (still small but it was more) and then found myself missing the boobs later on. My daughter is now 3 years old, and my husband and I are not planning on having any more kids. I am a professional horse trainer and riding instructor, so it is very important to me that I do not get implants that will negatively impact my riding. I have completed my consultation with Dr. Poindexter. My pre-op is scheduled for this Thursday and then my BA is to be a couple of weeks after that. I am really excited but nervous as well. This has, after all, been my body for a long time. In many ways, I really like my breasts- I would just like them to be bigger. I would like to be able to go bra shopping and find something that actually fits my body without all of the padding. I've had the most trouble finding bras to fit once I decided I did not want to wear the padded bras any more. The problem is, I don't actually fill out the lightly lined ones! Everything shifts and moves on me making me self-conscious. I spend most of my time in sports bras due to my profession- which definitely does nothing for the figure. I'd just like to feel a little feminine (probably especially since I spend all of my time in riding clothes rather than dressing up to go to work). I am so looking forward to feeling like my clothes fit right and not always wondering if my bra has shifted and is making it look like my breasts are in a weird place. I think my breast are pretty... I just want more!!! That being said, I have decided to go with 295cc smooth round silicone implants placed under the muscle. I would like to have some nice volume without making things look like they don't match my body (or interfere with my horseback riding). I would really like to end up with at least a nice middle-of-the-road to full B... hopefully I am on the right track? I want enough to feel sexy and feminine without going overboard. I'm worried about going through all of the expense, pain, and recovery time but not having my desired result at the end. It also doesn't help that there is no standardization of cup sizes among lingerie brands. I tried on sizers at the doctor's office, picked one I was comfortable with, and then went with one slightly bigger since I know I will lose some going under the muscle. It's hard during the consultation, though, because everything looks big and is kind of a shock since I have nothing to start with! When you first look in the mirror, it is kind of alarming until you stare at them for a few minutes!

I should also mention that I am 5'7", 120 lbs, with a base of 11.5. I wear a size 34A but do not fill it out.

The count down continues. I had my pre-op last week, have had all of my prescriptions filled (Yikes, there's a lot), and have picked up everything on the doctor's list of supplies. I've also purchased a few new sports bras that open in the front. Now I am just counting down the days!
