J Plasma for Facial Tightening and Wrinkles

I had J plasma 5 months ago to fix my saggy skin and wrinkles. I am in my 30s. I was encouraged by all the pictures I'd seen of women in their 60s who had their deep wrinkles vanish after this procedure. However at 5 months out, I have wrinkles and lines I never had before. I think the procedure damaged my skin and made it worse than before.
The actual procedure was pretty painless. I was given oral sedatives and local anethesia. I could feel a hot burning sensation a few times and my doctor gave me more local anethesia in that area.I was ridiculously swollen for about 5 days. There is a ton of maintenance involved after this procedure. You need to keep your face moist with vaseline at all times for at least 2 weeks. So you always feel dirty and greasy even after a shower...that vaseline gets everywhere! You will also need to cover your face with a vinegar soaked rag for about 20 minutes 3 times a day for 2 weeks. I would always wash my face after the vinegar soaks and immediately apply the vaseline after. You also need to stay out of the sun for 2 weeks. I slept during the day while I was recovering.All of this maintenance would have been worth it to tighten my skin and get rid of my wrinkles, but I had no improvement. I look even older than before, and I am devastated.
