I've had two children and am a very active 37 year old. The loose skin around my belly button has always bothered me. I heard about renuvion and found Dr Lowney as one of the only providers in the area. I really hope this works.

Had my procedure at 1230 yesterday. Was home by 330. Didn't feel much pain but I also had no feeling while touching my stomach. A lot of fluid built up by my vagina. I guess gravity does that to you. I alternated Tylenol and advil, not one for pain meds. Slept so so. This morning the feeling was back in my stomach so I'm sore especially moving around. But I'm fine just sitting on the couch. The swelling has gone down some. The doctor said I have to massage it out during my showers. Dr. Lowney and his staff were amazing. Really eased my anxiety, held my hand till I fell asleep and called me last night. Also had a follow up at 930 this morning. Hoping for at least 50-60% improvement. But won't know till at least the 4 month mark I guess.

I feel pretty much back to normal. I was 4 weeks out on Friday. There is a little tenderness and small lumps where the tool went in. I go for a lympatic massage 1x a week to help flatten them. But overall it was a quick recovery. I've been running and back at the gym 1 week after surgery.

This is 6 weeks out. I still have the loose skin above my belly button. The texture of my skin has changed. It feels a little firmer in my lower abdomen but I'm still hoping for more tightening in the next few months. The doctor said give it 4 months.

Hi. No. There really isn't a difference. If you want it for fat loss then I'd say go for it but for skin tightening it was not worth it

Don't be discouraged, you look good and it takes several months to see the final result. I'm getting lipo in October and my doctor says I may have loose skin. If so, I might want to do skin tightening instead of tummy tuck if it's not that bad. Good luck with your recovery!

Thanks for your post
I’m the same as you but haven’t had renuvion yet .
How are you finding the results now ?

I do not see results. It's very depressing to go through a surgery, spend thousands of dollars and have nothing to show for it. I wouldn't do it. Save the money hun.

I have been doing extensive research for my upcoming bbl in October but at the same time I have been looking into Renunion which is also known as JPlasma. It doesn't take the place of a tummy tuck but it does help to tighten skin. I have been going on youtube and watching vlogs and peoples reviews on it. I've also been reviewing doctor's reviews on it as well. The consensus I get is that it will take 4-6months to see the final results. Initially you will see some tightening but it will continue to tighten as the months go by. (I also hear that taking collegen after lipo improves your results) At this point in my life, it's more important for me to have a butt and for clothes to fit better that worry about some loose skin that I'm eventually going to have anyway due to age. Nonetheless, I have year to see my final results and to figure it out. Hope this was helpful.
