Day two of week one with smiledirect club Invisalign's. So far my experience has been great. I'm doing minor correction of bottom teeth and some adjustments to top. They are not as uncomfortable as I thought they would be.

feeling great, 2 months and three weeks out. went shopping for a new bikini and i'm wearing a medium bottom, woo woo.. still swelling after i exercise but it's not a problem. for an old gal, 57 i feel pretty darn great.

yes you do look great! I am close to being 3 months Post op and started lifting this week and notice my upper tummy was really sore, is this normal? I have been running but wanted to start incorporating lifting but got so swollen and sore and am not sure if I should continue lifting or wait a little more, how was it for you when you started lifting?

You look AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAmazing! How is the swelling between your belly button and your pubic area? Can you post a side picture? Its so nice to see what amazing results are ahead. Thanks for the update girl!

Belly button and using marble
I have noticed that my belly button is getting smaller I believe because scar is tightening. Can I use a marble 7 weeks out?
