50 Years Old, Implant Removal with Fat Transfer. South Africa, ZA

After having implants for 11 years (260cc) they were beginning to sag and I felt they were making me look matronly. I was previously a small B which became an A after breastfeeding. I was nervous to have the operation as I was worried about the fat graft diminishing over time and possible lumpiness from the lipo procedure, but I had hear about another of Dr. Wilkinson's clients who had had the same thing done 6 month before and she looked amazing so I booked in. The op was done on the 21st of September and 3 months down the line I am utterly delighted....the boobs are a pert B and my muffin top is a distant memory! It is summer here and my cellulite has also disappeared but at the same time not everyone has guessed what was done, it is subtle and I just look like I have dropped a dress size or 2. If you are thinking about doing this procedure I would just say for me it has been the best decision EVER, my back pain is gone and I feel so much lighter and happier. I cannot post photos because of my children and our shared I cloud, I am too scared ;-)
