Back to work the day after tomorrow sadly.
I have enjoyed being at home and having a slower pace of life.
The last two pics show "eyelids" and a nearly smile !,
It's so long since I had eyelids , they used to disappear under a fold of skin , although I always wore make up , it was partially hidden I suppose , so I will enjoy experimenting with new techniques.
May put some fake tan on tomorrow now that the sun has come out , then at least when I go back to work it will give me a bit more confidence (and a distraction) as I am unsure if anyone will notice any difference.
I don't expect they will and that is how I want it , but it will be nice if anyone thinks there is a difference , hair or weightless maybe ( not that I have lost any weight while I have been taking it easy at home !!)

Must learn to smile !
Theses pics are last night before I went out , one before make up and one with concealer and mascara , the bruising covered up well I think.
Off out for stitches in front of ears later , first time back behind the wheel too.

I think you look younger and prettier already , god aren't we vain : ) only kidding if your anything like me have worked for it and paying myself but whatever you deserve it and good for you , I started taking arnica a few days ago and am having my hair coloured on sat , what treatments did you have other than neck lift , keep resting and look after yourself
Thanks , yes we work hard and we only have one face. My other faults I can hide under clothes.
I had my hair coloured 2 days before and I guess it will be another few weeks before I do it again.
I had a face and neck lift with upper blephs. What are you having.
Bet you can't wait , I was very nervous the week before , I just kept really busy and luckily on the day I was in theatre in the morning , so not much time to think about it.

Hope your feeling more comfortable with your stitches out and improving each day , your so right I feel a child waiting for Christmas but have some niggling anxiety in the back of my mind and seeing others both positive and negative helps , im having a lower face lift and eye bag removal lower blephs , keep us posted on your recovery and hope you are happy with your results so far

Good afternoon, My Turn Soon - I'll be praying for you tomorrow that all goes well. I'm having my face/neck lifts, upper bleph and fat transfers on May 7. I'm so thankful for this site as I've learned so much from all those who've gone before us. I look forward to hearing how you're doing after tomorrow!

I get the remainder of the stitches out tomorrow , so will be glad when that's done , especially the ones in my hairline behind my ears , I think they are done with rope lol !!

Well yes I bet you are smiling inside cause so soon a good result and still healing so I guess even more improvement to come , im having surgery next Tuesday a week today and am nervous and excited all in one lol , im going to Manchester Bridgwater for surgery through the harley medical group and hoping for a good result :) well aren't we all , im53 so want a gew more yeats of looking good , tha you for your posys on here really helpful and keeps us pre op people sane x

Are you taking Arnica , I started a week before mine and am still taking it now.
I was planning on it anyway , but the surgeon actually mentioned it , he said some people have good results , others no difference , but test it wouldn't do any harm
I think it probably has helped as my bruising hasn't been bad at all xx
