Update 3wks plus(10 days after 2nd visit)

So i went to the 2nd visit 14 days after the first, to add my last .5 syringe of Restylane. This time, it was quicker si ves it was a small amount. Also, I had less swelling and no bruising (maybe a hint of blue but not really) I forgot to take pics right after but here is a week after the last injection. No one could tell, but it really helped the left eye get that last fill it needed to match the right eye. Like I said, no pain but a small pinch both times.

2 syringes of Restylane under my eyes. Overall...

2 syringes of Restylane under my eyes. Overall good experience and good Results, I should have done this years ago!! Because I was late and they still squeezed me in, the Nurse numbed me for shorter than was supposed to maybe 10 min, and it was still not very painful. it was only painful when she pressed the eye to distribute the filler. She uses a needle/not a micro cannula. So she did a few injection sites on each eye. On my left eye she hit a vein and it started to swell and bruise right away. She used up 1.5 syringes and said I had to go back for the last half syringe in 2wks. She said it could bruise up to 14 days, but I went back to work the next day with makeup, but it was pretty swollen, it looked like I'd been punched on the upper cheeks! I wore concealer for the first few days trying not to disturb the area. I was injected on thurs, went to work Friday all swollen, and was off Saturday and Sunday. Sunglasses were very helpful those first 5 days ;). I did this on a Thursday but next time I'll do it on a Friday so it can heal over the weekend When I am off work. The swelling went away after about 3 days and the bruise took about 12 days to completely disappear. I am now at 3 weeks after and I love how my eyes have changed. I don't look tired anymore, now people approach me more, because I don't look tired or I just like more confident, I think.

The office staff is friendly. I got a Groupon Deal for $529 for 2 -1ml. syringes of Restylane. I was running late because I was out of town and they waited for me as I was 20min late. They accommodated me. They have an attending Dr. John Tang, but the injections were done by Alexandra Tang BSN. Even thought I was late, she took the time to chat a bit about my expectations and what to expect after the injections. She gave me instructions to lessen the swelling and gave me an ice pack to use as I drove home immediately.
