No Regrets! My Mini Tummy Tuck Results Are Awesome!

I'm overall pretty fit with some loose skin after having kids. I didnt want a very long scar so I thought I might be a good candidate for a mini tuck. I was somewhat self conscious to see Dr. Lee as I am overall pretty thin but thought I'd get his opinion anyhow.
During my consult, I felt zero judgement from Dr. Lee. He examined me and told me why I wouldn't be a good candidate for a full tummy tuck and why a mini (no muscle repair) would be more suitable for me. He examined me several times and asked me several questions. I could tell he was a perfectionist. Immediately after my consult I booked my surgery.
(Day of my surgery) Dr. Lee gave me the option of doing my procedure under local anesthesia. I'm a real wuss when it comes to needles and surgery (who isnt?) so during my procedure I was a bit squirm-y and squeal-y. Poor Dr. Lee! I didnt feel any pain except some poking and pulling, it was my imagination that freaked me out more. Despite all of this, Dr. Lee and his staff were super patient and supportive. I felt like I was in the OR with a few of my friends just joking around and chit chatting about random things. Now that i think about it, I think everyone was trying to keep my mind off of what was going on. Very sweet group of people (especially Gabriel!).
After my procedure, I felt great and healed very well. And I'm so glad I decided to do it under local! My scar is tiny and no more excess skin. Dr. Lee clearly understood my concerns and went above and beyond to make it happen. He took the extra step to even out some fat and made sure to keep my scar low and small. His stitching technique was superb as my scar is flat and clean (I tend to have hypertrophy scarring and so far nothing).
Dr. Lee and his staff were great. I'm so glad I went to him for my procedure. He really is a perfectionist! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for exception and natural results.
