I regret the Morpheus8

I am 30 years old and don’t consider my skin all that great but do receive compliments on my skin. I have a small very light patch of melasma on the front of my left cheek, I am half Filipino half irish with a few flat spots that look like freckles that have surfaced on my face over the last two years, some doctors say it’s melasma some say it’s dpn but no one knows how to treat it. Problem areas are really just the front of my cheeks with pores and the melasma and freckle like spots. Over the years I’ve done a series of microdermabrasion, 6-7 clear and brilliant permea as well as 2 clear and brilliant regular treatments, microneedling with prp, a few rounds of pico and two rounds of perfecta. None of these helped much but none had the downtime of Morpheus8 I’m now on day 8 with raised bumps and grid marks and discoloration still present on my cheeks further back near my ears. I was told I was treated on a very light setting. So why all the downtime? And the rest of my face is healed with no improvement. At this rate idk when or if my cheeks will heal but the anxiety of the unknown is grating on me. I regret this overpriced treatment that destroyed parts of my face that were perfectly fine and did nothing for the problem areas that I wanted to treat in the first place. Do yourself a favor and don’t do the Morpheus8
