40 Y/O 2 Grown Kids; Lipo and Fat Transfer to the Breast - Redwood, CA

Today is 7 days since I had my procedure and everyday I feel a little better. The first three days were the worst and honestly those weren't that bad. I mean I was super stiff, sore and swollen (I am still swollen) but I wasn't confined to bed and didn't need help with everything, although having someone around the first few days definitely helps (especially when you drop something and changing in and out of your garment)!!
I'm moving around with more flexibility and now it's just feels like soreness after a good workout.
I've noticed over the past week that the swelling is worse some days. This morning my flank area is as hard as a rock and extra swollen. I also have lumpiness in my stomach, can't wait for my 3 week checkup to have them smooth it out (I think it's called vshape but can't remember). I'm in love with my boobies but keep telling myself they are going to go down too. I'm already thinking I may do fat transfer one more time but it won't be for a year so I can really see the outcome of everything.
I've only taken pics at my day one follow up (posted below) and on day two at home but as soon as a little more swelling goes down I'll post more. I promise!

So my procedure was today... It was not bad at all! The most pain I experienced was the antibiotic shot in the ass. There were times I dosed off during the Lipo.
It's been several hours and the numbing is wearing off, I can feel burning and some pain but nothing unbearable.
I'm not sure what I look like yet.... Lots of gauze inside my garment and swelling so I haven't seen myself yet but my boobies look good from what I can see. I don't feel like I'm draining though but it could be because all the gauze stuffed inside. I have my follow up in the morning, I'll post pics then. Excited to see!!

Two days until the big day!!!
I keep reading that lymphatic massages are a must. How soon after my procedure should I schedule it? Anybody have a referral for someone good in the Bay Area??
