400cc Under Muscle plus c-section scar revision

I’m about two years out from my surgery now. I’m super happy with my breasts and scar revision. I’ve gained some weight so they are a little bigger than I want but he warned me about that. Trying to slim down.

It's 5 days out and no change. Still have firm "collarbone boob". Been massaging a bit. Super bloated from constipation and water weight. I'm 10 pounds heavier than going in. Going to cut back on sugar and salt more today but have been drinking a lot of liquids. I'm taking bromelain, Arnica and vitamin C. Last night I sat in the sauna for half an hour and I did feel better afterwards. I figure it will help with water and also stretching muscle. Some sharp pains when I wear the bandage upon much but the room is not bad. C-section scar has 17 staples that will be removed tomorrow and I'm nervous.
