I Recieved Laser Hair Removal and I Have Big Frog Bump Under my Neck

So I went to get a hair laser removal on March 15th. It seem they used a higher setting than the usual. When I left the office a few hours later I woke up with small blisters and a big inflamed double chin. I'm skinny so it's actually very noticeable and it's casing me ptsd that I may have that forever or it caused real damaged I went to the hospital and was told it's a superficial burn and it would start going down within a week. When I do touch under my chin/neck area it's feel like there a keloid apart from the blisters. Am I over reaching and should just let it heal.
