Very happy with the results, pictures do not do much justice. I did not follow the diet regime (all white foods) completely, and still achieved a good result.

For the first couple of days my gums were extremely irritated when applying the gel - this does begin to subside after 3-4 days although I still continue to get minor irritation when applying
