Tattoo??

I forgot to mention. I'm considering getting a tattoo design over my stretch marks so that I don't feel so self conscious if I wear a two piece. I'm going to hold off 1 year (per surgeons suggestion) tattooing over the scar, but id like to go ahead with doing it over the stretch marks. Have any of you ladies done this?

Wow! Amazing transformation!!! Youre looking great! Sorry to hear about ur infection... As far as the tt tat, I hear u should wait bc the strech marks and incision will get better over time. I want one too. Already have one picked out and everything, but getting a tattoo is like screaming "I had a tt" So im nervous about that... All the best!
Hey I read your review nd Ill be posting some cool tummy tuck tattoo idea's I lo e tattoo's :P Ill be getting a design with cherry blossoms since they are my favorite flower, I suggest something with a vine or tribal lines to mesh well with your scar. Even though the tattoo may mask it a bit you still will have raised area's thats why your surg said to wait probably. the BEST thing for scar treatment in my own expirience is silicone (in any form as pure as u can find it scar away, scar strips or this silicone vitamin e mix its EXCELLENT http://www.newgelplus.com/products/gel.html I used it for my BA scar 4 months ago and girl ..silver & flat... very fast recovery. 8 week update!!

I feel fairly normal now at the 8 week mark. However, I developed a nasty infection in the incision under my belly button that is still healing. I'm loving my breasts!!! The swelling on my tummy can be pretty severe at times. If I don't wear the binder at night, it's worse. It's a bit frustrating because I'm not very patient lol! My flanks are still sore to the touch where I had lipo and I still have swelling there, which I am hoping is normal. I don't know why, but I've felt a little down on myself. Maybe my expectations were too high? I've always had low self esteem. Before the surgery I was 117 lbs. When I was weighed after my surgery, I weighed 115 lbs. I've been sticking to a very strict diet of less that 1400 calories a day along with 30 minutes of cardio each day and some light strength training. I got in the scale the other day and it said 121 lbs!! What the heck?! I'm hoping it's swelling, but I just don't know.

Bandages

Tomorrow I get my bandages off and graduate to wearing spanx!! Yay for getting rid if the girdle!!

Wow you look fantastic! Are you having much swelling? What type/brand of compression garmet are you using?
Thank you so much! My swelling goes up and down. I did have quite a bit of swelling today and the Dr. tried to aspirate the fluid, but nothing came out! He suggested I add some extra padding into the front of the spanx for more compression. The garment I was using was "Caromed".
